We bought a house in Portland from out of state, and Megan was more than just our realtor -- she was our enthusiastic tour guide who drove us all over town and showed us the kinds of neighborhoods we'd described being interested in living in, gave us great recommendations for restaurants and bars to visit while we were here looking, was an expert on the old houses we toured and their features/quirks.
