The Buy/Sell Tango: Buying and selling at the same time is rarely linear.

  • There are a lot of moving parts: equity, timing, the current market, contingent offers, and emotional bandwidth. The goal is not to rush it. The goal is to sequence it correctly so you stay protected while still being competitive on both ends.

  • This part is less of a tango and more of a two-step: get clear on the financials first, then align the logistics so the timing works on both sides of the move. This will get us to the ‘how’.

  • There is never a one-size-fits-all for each person. Megan’s approach is to really understand the financials and logisitics for each clients and prepare a path forward with a few options. My job is to keep the entire sequence moving, reduce friction where possible, and make sure you are never making decisions under pressure you did not choose. In this process, the tango only works when the steps are intentional.

Meet Megan

I found my way into real estate through interior design and project management, and it turns out those skills were the perfect foundation for helping people buy and sell homes with confidence. I care a lot about homes but I care even more about helping people make smart decisions in them.

I've always believed buying or selling a home deserves more than a checklist and a signature. It's one of the biggest decisions you'll make, and you should have someone in your corner who's willing to slow down, ask the right questions, and help you think through every option.

I'm here to offer perspective, not pressure. I'll tell you when I think a home is worth pursuing, and I'll tell you when I think you should walk away. My goal isn't to help you buy a house. It's to help you buy the right one.

I love the strategy behind real estate just as much as the homes themselves. Whether we're preparing your home for market, negotiating an offer, or touring houses together, I'm focused on making the process feel clear, collaborative, and even fun.
